Introduction to Counselling Skills
General Information
This Course is comprised of a series of workshops designed to introduce students to the basic skills of counselling which underpin personal communication and professional development. The aim of the Course is to provide a forum in which these skills may be explored, developed and practiced within the security of a psychologically safe environment.
Admission Requirements
No previous training in counselling skills is required but an interest in inter-personal skills is necessary. Applicants who wish to be considered for entry to the Introduction to Counselling Skills will be asked to provide an application form.
Students are selected by interview.
