The MHCPC is a charity and relies on client fees for its income. To make counselling affordable for everyone we operate a sliding scale based on the financial circumstances of the client. This is discussed during the assessment and agreed at the start of counselling.

Where appropriate, low-cost counselling is available. 

The cost of the initial assessment is £50.

A low cost rate of £20 is available for those who are unemployed or on benefits.
