The MHCPC promote mental health and wellbeing for the community.

We do this in three ways:

• by providing affordable counselling services to promote mental and emotional well-being

• by providing training and educational opportunities in order to ensure skilled practitioners are available to deliver effective talking therapy

• by supporting the local community with improved mental health and psychological well-being
