CPD Cancellation Policy
– If the event is cancelled by the MHCPC due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit note will be provided.
– If an event is rescheduled, the booking will be transferred to the alternate date, or a credit note or refund will be issued if the person is unable to attend.
– An attendee can decide to transfer their ticket to another person if the new name is provided 48 hours before the event.
– No refunds will be provided unless the MHCPC receives:
Cancellation in writing 60 days before the event – 100% refund
Cancellation in writing 30 days before the event- 50% refund
